This 200 hour yoga teacher training provides insights into yoga anatomy and foundational principles, ensuring the lessons are presented in a way that is easy to understand and welcoming to all levels of experience.
In our 200 hour yoga teacher training, you’ll learn how the body moves and how yoga anatomy plays a role in how poses affect different systems. You'll also discover how to support students of all bodies and abilities with care. Everything is taught in simple, accessible language — no previous knowledge of yoga foundations or anatomy needed.
We’ll walk together through the foundations of yoga, including alignment, variations, and modifications that honor each person’s body, essential for anyone pursuing a 200 hour yoga teacher training. You’ll learn about yoga anatomy and how to build thoughtful, safe sequences that feel natural, balanced, and supportive.
In the 200 hour yoga teacher training, you’ll explore calming breath work, grounding meditation techniques, and practices that help regulate your energy and bring you into a deeper connection with yourself. These tools, rooted in yoga foundations and informed by yoga anatomy, are taught gently so you can integrate them into daily life.
With steady encouragement during your 200 hour yoga teacher training, you’ll learn how to cue clearly, hold space with presence, and share yoga in a way that feels true to you. There’s no 'one right way' to teach — you’ll be supported in discovering your own authentic style rooted in yoga foundations and an understanding of yoga anatomy.
To help you feel fully prepared for your 200 hour yoga teacher training, you’ll complete quizzes, a final exam, and a practical teaching assessment at your own pace. Once you finish, you’ll be eligible to register as an RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance, granting you a respected, globally recognized credential that is rooted in strong yoga foundations and an understanding of yoga anatomy.
