In the 200 Hour Teacher Journey, you’ll learn how the body moves, how poses affect different systems, and how to support students of all bodies and abilities with care. This journey also includes insights into Pranayama and Meditation, ensuring a holistic approach. Everything is taught in simple, accessible language — no previous anatomy knowledge needed, making it easy for everyone to grasp the Yoga Foundations & Philosophy.
We’ll walk together through the foundations of asana, including alignment, variations, and modifications that honour each person’s body as part of your 200 Hour Teacher Journey. You’ll learn how to incorporate Pranayama and Meditation while building thoughtful, safe sequences that feel natural, balanced, and supportive, all grounded in Yoga Foundations & Philosophy.
In this 200 Hour Teacher Journey, you’ll explore calming breath work, including Pranayama and Meditation, along with grounding meditation techniques and practices that help regulate your energy and foster a deeper connection with yourself. These tools are taught gently, allowing you to integrate them into your daily life as part of your Yoga Foundations & Philosophy.
With steady encouragement throughout your 200 Hour Teacher Journey, you’ll learn how to cue clearly, hold space with presence, and share yoga in a way that feels true to you. There’s no “one right way” to teach — you’ll be supported in discovering your own authentic style, integrating elements of Pranayama and Meditation along with Yoga Foundations & Philosophy.
To help you feel fully prepared for your 200 Hour Teacher Journey, you’ll complete quizzes, a final exam, and a practical teaching assessment at your own pace. Once you finish, you’ll be eligible to register as an RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance, giving you a respected, globally recognized credential that encompasses Yoga Foundations & Philosophy as well as Pranayama and Meditation.
